ROMURE private beta terms
Short, plain and conservative. These terms cover the private beta only and will be replaced before general availability.
ROMURE is a review aid, not an approval. Findings help you spot issues earlier. They are not
statutory approval, code certification, structural or life-safety sign-off, and they do not replace your
architect, engineer, contractor or local authority.
What the service is
- You upload a PDF drawing package and ROMURE produces review findings, an interactive viewer and a PDF report.
- The free trial reviews exactly one drawing page of one package, once per account.
- Full project reviews require a review credit granted by the ROMURE team during the beta.
- Standards references appear only where the review holds verified evidence and a verified standards source. Where coverage is missing, ROMURE says so instead of guessing.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload drawings you have the right to share and review.
- Check every finding against the actual design, the manufacturer data and your local requirements before acting on it.
- Keep your password and share links private. A share link grants read-only access to anyone who has it.
Beta limitations
- The service is provided as-is during the beta, without uptime or availability commitments.
- There is no payment step in this beta. Plans shown on the pricing page are not offers and no prices are confirmed.
- Features listed as V2 (payments, team seats, comments, revision comparison, CAD uploads, notifications, submission workflows, native apps) are not available and may change.
- A review can fail. If it fails before producing a report, the entitlement is returned to your account and you can retry the same project.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass the one-page trial, or attack the service.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROMURE is not liable for construction, cost, schedule or compliance outcomes arising from reliance on a beta review. Decisions on the design remain with you and your project team.
