Privacy in the ROMURE private beta
This page describes what the private beta actually does with your data today. It is written to be accurate rather than promotional, and it is not a compliance certification.
What we store
- Your email address and a scrypt password hash with a unique per-account salt. We never store your password.
- The drawing PDFs you upload, the rendered page images, the review report and the generated PDF report.
- Project details you enter: project name, city, country and project type.
- Review status and timestamps, so the dashboard can show progress.
What we do not show you
Customer screens never expose internal review material: filesystem paths, model prompts, token usage, rejected or unverified candidate findings, or benchmark data. You see the findings that passed the review's evidence and publication gates, plus an explicit coverage statement.
Sessions and access
- You are signed in with an opaque session token in an HttpOnly cookie; only a hash of the token is stored server-side.
- Sessions expire, and logging out invalidates the session immediately.
- Every project, report, viewer and share link is scoped to the account that created it. Another account cannot open your review even with the project identifier.
Sharing
A share link is a random, high-entropy token that grants read-only access to one completed review. Anyone with the link can open it, so treat it like a password. You can revoke any share link at any time from the project page; revoking stops access immediately.
Deleting your data
Deleting a project removes the uploaded PDF, the rendered page images, the review viewer, the generated PDF report and every share link for that project. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. To delete your account and all of its projects, contact the ROMURE team for the private beta.
Sub-processors
Reviews are performed by a third-party multimodal model provider (currently DeepSeek). Drawing pages that are part of a review are sent to that provider so the review can be produced. No other third-party SaaS is used for the beta product itself.
