How to read it

Five classifications, no jargon.

Classification says what should happen to an issue. It is deliberately separate from how serious the issue is, so a quiet drawing gap never gets dressed up as danger.

Must Resolve Correct it before it is built
Supported by evidence in the package, and not something to leave to site.
Warning Confirm it before it is fixed
Drawn consistently, but outside what works in use or worth a second look.
Design Consideration Decide it deliberately
A choice that will be lived with. Best practice, not a requirement.
Needs Clarification Ask before assuming
The drawings do not yet say. ROMURE states the question instead of guessing.

Bathroom door swings into the vanity

The 700 mm door leaf and the 900 mm vanity occupy the same floor area once the door is fully open, so the door cannot open flat against the wall. On site this is discovered as rework — a different vanity depth, a re-hung door or a relocation — rather than a drawing change.

“Somewhere in the bathroom” is not a finding.

Findings arrive pointing at a place on a named sheet. Finding 1 resolves to a detail sheet, a wall, and a door leaf size — not a paragraph you have to translate.

What each finding carries

A classification, a plain-language explanation, the measured value, the sheet and the place on it, and the single next action or question. Where a verified standard applies, its basis is named; where none does, the finding says so rather than borrowing authority it does not have.

Consequence is judged separately

A finding never declares itself critical. Escalation to the Critical badge needs separate verified life-safety evidence — so “Mandatory correction” and “dangerous” stay different sentences.
