You upload the drawings you already issue. ROMURE reads the package as a set of drawings, puts every finding back on the sheet it came from, and explains what matters — then gives you a report you can download or forward.

The journey

Five steps, no manual to read first.

Each step exists to answer one question: what should change on this drawing, and why does it matter?

  1. Upload the drawings

    Send the PDF you already issue — floor plans, elevations, details, schedules. A single sheet is enough to start; a full package gives a more connected review.

Every annotation answers the same three questions

Where is it, how does ROMURE know, and what should happen next. If the third answer cannot be supported by evidence on the sheets, it is not published as a finding — it is raised as needing clarification.

While the review runs

You can see where the review has got to.

A review is a sequence of states, not a spinner. Standards are only touched at the step where an applicable, verified pack exists for your project location.

Five review states in sequence: package received, drawings read, evidence extracted, standards checked only where a verified pack applies, and review ready. The first three are complete, the standards step is in progress, and publishing the review is pending.
Processing states. A review is not published until the evidence and publication gates pass.

Unsupported candidates are held back

ROMURE extracts candidates as it reads, then verifies them. Anything it cannot verify is either dropped or shown as needing clarification — it is never promoted into a finding to make the review look fuller.

Jurisdiction-specific standards are applied only when they are verified

If a verified rule pack for your location and space type is not active, ROMURE says so instead of guessing. Design review continues on the drawing evidence; ROMURE will not invent a local code conclusion.
