What ROMURE will not do.

A review that oversteps its authority is worse than no review, so the boundaries are part of the product rather than a disclaimer at the end.

Substitute a material, product or detail of its own choosing
Issue an instruction, variation or direction to a trade
Approve, certify or take responsibility for any design
Overrule the designer's or engineer's documents
Confirm something was built as drawn — that is an inspection

State the measured value and the sheet it came from
Say what that value means for the work in front of you
Write the question to send to the designer, ready to forward
Distinguish a blocking problem from something worth confirming
Record what was reviewed, so the answer has a date and a page
